Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as visitors can download and extract this data.

Subscriptions (Verse Cards, News, etc.)

When you sign up for our JBYS Verse Cards or News & Christian Takes, or any other mailing services provided by JesusBYS, we collect your name and email address. This data is used exclusively to provide the spiritual content you requested and to keep you updated on our mission.
