The Sirens’ Lament unfolds beneath the waves, where the forgotten dwell. Long before nets and sails cut the sea, long before men named the world, the night stretched across the water and time itself counted every ripple. Here, the lost waited, the overlooked, the ones left behind.
Jesus came for the fishermen, for the broken, for those who could follow. But some could not rise above the tide. Some had no feet for roads, no hands for calling, no voice to echo in the open air. They remained under the waves, watching, waiting, their hearts pulled by hope that never came.
They saw Him walk on water while they stayed beneath it. They hoped for a look, a word, anything to reach them, but silence alone answered. The tide remembered and returned, but He did not. Waiting became their work. They did not curse, they did not rage, they did not drown. They endured, knowing that being forgotten did not mean being gone.
This is the lament of those beneath the waves, of patience worn like saltwater, of love felt without return. This is The Sirens’ Lament.
