When I wrote this song, I felt powerless in front of all the pain and injustice we see in today’s world. I kept asking myself how someone like me, not a politician, not a billionaire, could make a difference. How could I help the world move in a better direction, one that follows the teachings of Jesus?
That’s when the title came to me: “Helping One Living Being Is Helping the World.”
The message is simple, yet profound, you don’t need to change the world with grand actions. The small acts of kindness in our daily lives matter just as much. Every time you help, love, or lift someone up, you are already changing the world.
And this message extends beyond humanity, it’s for all living beings, including animals. Because compassion is not limited by species.
So yes, helping one living being is helping the world.
It’s that simple, and that powerful.
